- How do I contact the RAYAN MINIBUS Office or Representative?
You are always just a call away. Pick your phone and dial at 0788 653 1887 (in United Kingdom). Alternatively, if you are planning to visit the UK and need to book a Minibus then you can also email us for reservation rayan.minibus@yahoo.co.uk.

- How do I know if my reservation is confirmed if I email?
At the time of booking we will issue a Reservation slip, which will then be confirmed by RAYAN MINIBUSES. On confirmation of booking we’ll provide you a Transport Voucher, which you should print and carry with you when you travel and which contains important travel information. If you do not receive your Transport Voucher by email please call us so that we can issue your document before you join us for a luxurious trip.

- How do I find my driver?
We always provide best services which you can dream! Our drivers would be waiting for you on the time and place decided with RAYAN MINIBUS sign bearing the lead name of your group, if travelling single will have a paper in hand with your name. This may however vary depending on your airport or home services you have booked us for.

- What happens if I cannot find my driver?
Ensuring that you have correctly followed the Airport Instructions, or the instructions decided during booking, contact your RAYAN MINIBUS Agent on the contact number supplied on your Transport Voucher.

- How long will I have to wait at the airport?
If you have booked a Private Transfer your driver should be ready to depart as soon as your arrived (single/group). If you have booked a Shared Transfer, you will be scheduled to travel with other passenger arriving on flights or after our drivers picks them up from their pickup point, normally a similar time to your own. As passengers arrive you will be transported directly as possible to your destination, all this scenario would be discussed during your booking for convenience. If flights arrive on time we aim to leave within as quickly as possible to save your precious time. If you have booked a Scheduled Shared Transfer, the vehicle will leave at the time stated on your Transport Voucher. If you have been delayed please contact your Agent on the number provided on your Transport Voucher to organize transport on the next available Scheduled Shared/Private Transfer.

- I have lost my luggage at airport. Will RAYAN MINIBUSES collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address. So nothing to worry about!

- I have left my luggage or something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Please contact your Agent on the number provided on your Transport Voucher or contact RAYAN MINIBUSES Main Reservation Office as outlined on the documents above with details of the missing items and your transfer. We will then endeavor to have the items returned to you. Your items with us are your property, and we make sure that our client doesn’t face any such issues like other services do. A charge may be applicable.

- Do you offer discounted charges for children or babies?
RAYAN MINIBUSES charge the same rate for all members individually. Please note that babies may not travel on an adult’s lap. This is to ensure that you and your children should be highly protected in our fleet. As your life and safety in a luxurious fleet is our initial goal.

- Can I have a refund if I cancel my booking?
Under certain circumstances – If you cancel your transfer more than 7 days in advance, please see the RAYAN MINIBUSES Terms and Conditions for full details.

- Can I have a receipt?
Your email Transport Voucher is your receipt.

- What approximate time will be of my journey from Pickup to destination?
Approximate journey times may vary depending on the service booked, or at peak times or if road conditions are poor.

- Can we stop off at the supermarket or to pick up property keys en route?
Any stops or shopping on the way should be in prior arrangement with your agent and only if you are travelling by Private Transfer. Subject to availability, additional supplements may apply if travelling on a shared service.

- What language do the drivers speak?
In most cases RAYAN MINIBUSES drivers speak English, although scheduling requirements may mean that occasionally a non-English speaking driver may carry out a transfer if required.

- Do the Vehicles have seat belts?
Yes. But larger buses may not be supplied in with seat belts. Don’t worry! We provide services as per the local rules and regulations.

- I do not have a resort address, where will I be dropped off/ picked up?
If you don’t supply a full pickup or drop off address, you will be dropped off or picked up from the central tourist office for the destination selected at the time of booking. This depends on for different types of bookings.
